At Temvoro, we are committed to ensuring your new timepiece arrives safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery estimates, and your responsibilities as a customer. Our operations are overseen by Owner Brad Hill and Manager Jose, who prioritize reliability and customer satisfaction in every step of the process.
1. Order Processing Time
The processing time refers to the internal handling time before your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- Verification: To protect against fraud, orders paid via credit card or PayPal may require additional time for payment verification.
2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
We offer several shipping options for orders within the United States. All domestic watch shipments are fully insured until delivery.
3. International Shipping
Temvoro proudly ships its timepieces to many countries worldwide.
- Estimated Transit Time: 7-21 Business Days (depending on destination and carrier)
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Important Note on Duties and Taxes (Customer Responsibility): The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, local sales taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority. Temvoro is legally required to declare the full transactional value of the watch, and we cannot label shipments as “gifts” to avoid customs charges. If a shipment is refused by the customer due to unexpected customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any incurred import fees, and the cost of returning the package to Temvoro.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing:
- The name of the shipping carrier.
- Your unique tracking number.
- A direct link to track your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. All packages are insured.
- Damaged Shipment: If your watch arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and contact our support team at help@temvoro.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing an insurance claim and arranging a replacement.
- Lost Shipment: If tracking indicates your package is lost or stalled for an extended period, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or initiate an insurance claim for a refund or replacement.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout.
- Correction Request: If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact help@temvoro.com immediately. We will attempt to update the address before the package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to Temvoro due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of re-shipping the package.
7. Signature Requirement
Due to the high value of our watches, all orders over [$XXX – e.g., $200] will require a signature upon delivery. This is a necessary security measure to protect your purchase from theft. If you are unable to be present, the carrier will typically re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
