Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from Temvoro pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS). 5.3. Shipping Delays: Temvoro is not responsible for shipping delays or product losses once the order has been handed over to the designated carrier. It is your responsibility to file claims directly with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
