Q: What is the quality and craftsmanship of Temvoro watches?
A: Our watches are designed with a focus on durability and precision. We stand by the craftsmanship of every timepiece. We utilize high-quality materials, including surgical-grade stainless steel cases, scratch-resistant mineral or sapphire crystals, and reliable Japanese or Swiss movements.
Q: What types of movements do your watches use?
A: Temvoro offers watches with two primary movement types:
- Quartz: Highly accurate, battery-powered movements known for reliability and low maintenance.
- Automatic (Mechanical): Self-winding movements that power themselves using the natural motion of your wrist. These offer a more traditional, intricate watchmaking experience. The movement type for each model is clearly listed on its product page.
- Important: Never operate the crown or pushers of a watch while it is submerged, regardless of the water resistance rating. Exposure to hot water (showers, saunas) should be avoided as it can compromise the seals.
Shipping & Order Tracking
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location:
Domestic (US): Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days after fulfillment.
International: Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation. Q: Do Temvoro watches come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Every Temvoro watch is covered by a Two-Year Limited International Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch movement, hands, and dial.
Q: What does the warranty not cover?
A: The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, crystal, or strap).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents (knocks, dents), or lack of care.
Water damage resulting from use that exceeds the watch’s stated water resistance guidelines.
External modifications or repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties.
