At Temvoro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, our straightforward Return & Refund Policy is designed to make the process easy and transparent. 1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe
A. General Returns
We accept returns for refund or exchange on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
B. Holiday Returns
During the holiday season ([e.g., Nov 1] to [e.g., Dec 31]), items purchased may be returned until [e.g., Jan 31] of the following year, subject to all other conditions below.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet all the following conditions:
- Unused and Unworn: The watch must be in the exact condition you received it, with no signs of wear, sizing, or use.
- Original Packaging: The watch must be returned in its original Temvoro box and packaging.
- Tags and Protectors: All protective plastic coverings (on the crystal, case back, or bracelet) and original hang tags must be intact and attached.
- Documentation: All included warranty cards, manuals, and collateral materials must be returned.
- Sizing: Watches that have had their bracelets sized or links removed are generally considered used and are not eligible for a full refund.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or impose a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
3. How to Start a Return
To ensure a smooth and timely return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email our customer support team at help@temvoro.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: In the email, please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, send you detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.
- Secure Packaging: Package the item securely, ensuring the watch is protected from damage during transit. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship: Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Temvoro is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds and Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be thoroughly inspected by our quality team to ensure all conditions are met. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
- Refund Initiation: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Banks and credit card companies typically take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account after we initiate the credit.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item (see Section 6).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model or color, please indicate this clearly when you contact our support team to start the return. We will process your request as a return, issue a refund (pending inspection), and you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest fulfillment of your new watch.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged, or if you believe it is defective, please contact us immediately at help@temvoro.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: We will provide instructions for returning the item. In cases of verifiable damage or defect, Temvoro will cover the return shipping costs and will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- Warranty: Issues that arise after the 30-day return window may be covered under our Two-Year Limited International Warranty. Please refer to the warranty documentation for details.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Custom engraved or personalized items.
